普拉達(01913.HK)斥4.25億美元收購紐約第五大道物業
普拉達(01913.HK)公布,以代價4.25億美元收購位於美國紐約第五大道的一項混合用途物業,作零售空間及辦公室用途。該物業總建築面積及可出租面積分別為78,765及68,491平方呎,包括地上12層加地下一層(及地下室),公司自1997年起一直向賣方租賃該物業用作Prada店。
普拉達表示,該物業的位置具備高戰略價值,鄰近地區近期有大量投資湧入,進一步提升住宅、酒店及零售的吸引力,預計該物業將繼續用作Prada品牌的零售空間,同時亦可用作為集團辦公室及儲藏室,目前為自用用途。
