據《觀點新媒體》報道,上海虹口區嘉興路街道hk270B-04地塊歷史風貌保護項目實施主體遴選結果公示。越秀地產(00123.HK)旗下杭州燚樂實業投資與臨港集團旗下上海市漕河涇新興技術開發區發展總公司聯合奪得該地皮。
該項目建築面積1.4萬平方米,為一類住宅組團用地,部分涉一般歷史建築。容積率1.3。該地皮位於虹口四川北路商圈與北外灘交匯處,近上海白玉蘭廣場、北外灘來福士及陸家嘴核心區。(ta/w)
