穩健星河受邀出席平安銀行總行"房地產企業座談會"

2023年12月12日，為貫徹落實中央金融工作會議和中國人民銀行、金融監管總局、證監會聯合召開的金融機構座談會會議精神，圍繞着"一視同仁滿足不同所有制房地產企業合理融資需求"，平安銀行總行召開"房地產企業座談會"，星河控股集團副董事長姚惠瓊女士受邀出席。本次交流會由平安銀行總行黨委書記、行長冀光恒主持召開，並攜平安銀行高管團隊與萬科、龍湖、濱江、星河等12家房地產企業高管，就房地產企業融資需求、深化銀企合作、共同促進房地產市場平穩健康發展等重要議題開展討論。
本次交流會，銀企雙方以解決房企融資需求、為企業提供實質支持為目的，開展了直接、坦誠和充分的交流，氛圍温暖而熱烈。平安銀行在前期廣泛調研、走訪瞭解企業需求的基礎上，會上系統性地推出支持房地產企業融資"七大類十五條"舉措，涵蓋延長貸款期限、提高預售資金使用效率、加大城市更新融資支持、降低貸款利率、擴大債券投資、盤活存量資產、提升按揭服務質效等房企最為關切領域。後續將由行領導牽頭成立房地產信貸投放工作專班，支持不同所有制房地產企業的合理融資需求，進一步強化與優質房企的戰略合作伙伴關係。
