據報小米汽車已完成部分城市門店店長培訓 每月薪資高達3.5萬人幣
《界面新聞》報道,根據內地招聘平台顯示,小米(01810.HK)正開設多個汽車銷售類相關崗位,在北京、上海及南京等地招聘新能源汽車銷售主管、小米汽車門店店長等。
據悉,小米汽車目前在招崗位為小米汽車門店店長,主管和其他銷售崗位則會在年後公開招聘。目前已有部分城市門店店長培訓完畢,店長薪資最高每月能達到3.5萬元人民幣。
此次小米汽車銷售端招聘流程嚴格、面試難度大。社交平台上多人表示,自己的簡歷仍處在評估當中未有下文,篩選通過進入面試的並不多。
