北京建設(00925.HK)就出售嘉興市工業物業權益訂立協議
北京建設(00925.HK)公布,就透過公開掛牌方式出售嘉興75%權益,已與買方WXYZ GEM (BVI) Holdings Limited訂立股份買賣協議,目前已收到買方支付的約1,671萬元人民幣按金,將用作最終代價的部分付款。
交易最終代價將為載於嘉興集團完成報表的經調整資產淨值的75%,以及於交易完成日期的股東貸款的未償還金額的總和。目前該股東貸款未償還金額達近1.63億元人民幣。
嘉興全資持有項目公司寶地,而該公司旗下擁有位於浙江省嘉興市的一處工業用途物業。
