中国外交部 : 美方滥用出口管制措施 不利全球晶片产业供应链稳定
美国商务部长雷蒙多回应华为晶片制造取得突破时表示,美国将采取最强而有力的行动保护国家安全。中国外交部发言人毛宁表示,对于美国对华的晶片出口管制,中方已经多次表明立场。美方滥用出口管制措施,严重损害中国企业的正当权益,不利于全球晶片产业供应链的稳定,违反市场经济和公平竞争原则,不符合任何一方的利益,中方对此坚决反对。
毛宁指,美方多次表示无意对华脱钩、无意阻挠中国经济的发展,美方应当将这些承诺落实。中方也将继续密切关注有关动向,坚决维护自身的合法权益。
