德勤料明年香港有80隻新股 集資1,000億元
德勤中國資本市場服務部發表報告,預計明年香港將會有80隻新股集資1,000億元,隨著明年美國加息周期結束,預計A股新股市場活躍度減低,因此對於明年香港新股市場表現感到樂觀,相信當歐美及中東資金重新部署流向亞洲,以及港交所(00388.HK)已推出的多個資本市場新制度、改革及市場推廣,香港新股市場應會很快再次變得活躍及強勁。
至於A股方面,報告稱由於美國持續加息,以及中國經濟復甦低於市場預期,這將導致市場估值下降,預計明年A股IPO市場將會錄得260至330隻新股,集資大約2,670至3,170億元人民幣。上海科創板預計有35至40隻新股,融資490億至560億元人民幣;創業板將有65至80隻新股,集資780億至950億元人民幣。上海及深圳主板將有70至90隻新股,集資1,220億至1,420億元人民幣,北交所將有90至120隻新股,集資180億至240億元人民幣。
