恆生(00011.HK)僱員有薪產假增至20周 有薪侍產假增至40日 明年1月起生效
恆生銀行(00011.HK)宣布,由2024年1月1日起,將進一步提升員工福利,包括員工有薪產假將由16個星期增加至20個星期,而有薪侍產假亦會大幅增加4倍,由10日延長至40日,讓媽媽及爸爸們有更多時間迎接家庭新成員。
為鼓勵員工平衡工作和生活,員工原本每月可享兩小時額外休假時段(Personal/Caregiving Time);此福利將會倍增至每月4小時,以方便他們安排不同的公餘活動,進一步展現恆生一直以來支持員工照顧家庭或發展個人興趣的生活需要。
