昊華科技(600378.SH)：公司西南院清潔能源催化材料產業化基地項目已建成投產
格隆匯12月6日丨昊華科技(600378.SH)11月機構投資者調研記錄顯示，公司是中國中化控股有限責任公司旗下的國有控股上市公司，目前擁有13家全資子公司，其中科技型公司12家。公司秉持"科技引領，創新驅動，追求卓越"的發展理念，聚焦高端氟材料、電子化學品、高端製造化工材料和碳減排業務 "3+1"核心主業，服務於電子信息及通信領域、民用航空及地面交通領域、新能源、碳減排等戰略性新興產業領域，致力於把公司打造成為國內領先、國際一流的創新型先進化工材料解決方案提供商。
今年前三季度，化工行業復甦動能不足，成本端弱勢支撐，需求端無明顯起色，化工產品價格指數累計同比下降15.6%。公司四大業務板塊中，氟材料板塊相對受影響較大，主要產品PTFE、PVDF、氟橡膠等市場價格持續下行，公司氟材料產品致力於中高端產品的研發和生產，價格優於市場均價，但受氟化工行業恢復滯後及子公司中昊晨光主要生產裝置停車檢修的影響，主要經濟指標不及預期，對公司三季度整體業績帶來一定影響；高端製造化工材料板塊得益於多品種、小批量、高端化、定製化特點，抵禦行業週期波動能力較強，保持穩定增長，業績貢獻突出；碳減排業務基於前期積極佈局，業務快速增長，給公司帶來新的增長點；電子化學品板塊基本保持穩定，市場佔有率穩步提升。
近年來，公司聚焦高端氟材料、電子化學品、高端製造化工材料和碳減排解決方案"3+1"核心業務，完善產業佈局，積極推進項目建設，投資建設了4600噸/年電子氣體項目、2500噸/年PVDF項目、有機硅密封型材項目、10萬條/年民航輪胎項目、清潔能源催化材料產業化基地項目、2.6萬噸/年高性能有機氟材料項目、46600噸/年專用新材料項目和相關原材料產業化能力建設項目等，項目總投資超過50億元。
其進一步表示，公司西南院清潔能源催化材料產業化基地項目已建成投產。該項目共建設七條生產線，年產各類催化劑約5000噸，是目前國內規模及自動化程度領先的催化劑生產基地，其中，銅系催化劑、鎳系催化劑、燃料電池催化劑、擠條型催化劑、貴金屬催化劑等七條生產線集成諸多創新工藝與技術，整體達到綠色環保、低碳節能、安全高效目標。
對於含氟鋰電材料過剩問題，公司表示，從長遠來看，全球新能源產業正在快速發展，尤其是電動汽車市場的快速增長，鋰電池的應用範圍、發展前景持續樂觀，其需求也必將進一步強勁攀升，帶動含氟鋰電材料市場繼續保持增長態勢。目前部分產品產能過剩屬於結構性過剩，只有具備技術、成本、品牌、渠道等核心優勢的企業才能在市場競爭中勝出，沒有競爭力的產能將會逐步淘汰。汽車電動化、新能源轉型以及國產化替代是大勢所趨，隨着市場和價格恢復理性，具有核心競爭力的企業也將逐步佔據主流市場。
