哈爾斯(002615.SZ):競拍獲得永康經濟開發區S23-03地塊的國有建設用地使用權
格隆匯12月4日丨哈爾斯(002615.SZ)公佈,公司於近日競拍獲得永康經濟開發區S23-03地塊的國有建設用地使用權。成交價款約1.12億元人民幣。
本次競拍獲得土地系公司與永康市人民政府就共同推進“哈爾斯未來智創”項目取得的初步進展,符合公司長期戰略規劃,有利於增加公司土地儲備,為統籌規劃集成高信息化程度的杯壺產品智創生產線和平台提供空間支撐,對提升公司綜合實力與產品力、品牌力,保障長期可持續發展具有積極作用。
