陳茂波:今年港股市場表現疲軟 正推進促進股票流動性小組建議
財政司司長陳茂波表示,今年港股市場表現疲軟,政府正推進促進股票流動性小組建議。
陳茂波在立法會財經事務委員會會議上表示,在香港上市公司超過一半為內地公司,因此恆指表現同內地經濟表現有關連,加上香港是國際資金匯聚地方,受外圍市場影響。因此今年部分時間內地經濟調整,加上外圍高息口環境,以及美國打壓中國,令到市場情緒受影響。特區政府正視有關問題,早前已成立股票流動性小組,目前正推進小組建議,所有短期內可以做的措施都會做。
陳茂波提到,本地股票市場在7月至11月繼續受壓。恆生指數在7月窄幅上落,其後反覆偏軟,在11月24日收市時為17,559點,較六月底的18,916點低7.2% 。今年首十個月證券市場的平均每日成交額,由去年全年的約1,249億元,縮減14.6%至1,066億元。集資活動淡靜。
