港股異動丨中國恒大半日收升超13%,清盤聆訊延期至1月29日+澄清沽空機構GMT指控
中國恒大(3333.HK)臨近午盤收盤時再度拉昇,最高升21.85%至0.29港元,截至半日收盤升13.45%報0.27港元,成交1965萬港元。恒大今日於香港高等法院進行清盤聆訊。高等法院法官陳靜芬指示,恒大清盤聆訊,將延期至2024年1月29日。另外,恒大上週遭沽空機構GMT報吿指從未盈利過,恒大指並無實際依據,將進一步澄清。另外值得注意的是,針對中國恒大向香港法院提出清盤呈請的呈請人週一在法庭上改變了立場,沒有要求馬上清盤。債權人小組的律師稱此舉“出乎意料”,但債權人小組仍會“堅決拒絕”恒大提交的最新債務重組方案。
