諾亞控股(06686.HK)採納股東回報政策 擬將淨收益最多50%用於派息及回購等
諾亞控股(06686.HK)公布,採納資本管理及股東回報政策,並修訂股息政策。據此,公司經審核年度業績公告中呈報的上個財政年度股東應佔集團非公認會計準則下淨收益的最多50%,將分配至行動預算,用於股息分派及股份購回等各項用途。
股息政策方面,公司擬於每個曆年向股東宣派及派發的年度股息,已由不低於非公認會計準則下淨收益的10%,變更為不低於35%。
除年度股息資金外,公司可利用公司行動預算的剩餘部分購回股份。
公司將於2024年3月召開的2023第四季及財政年度董事會會議上審議,並確定有關2023財政年度派息率、股息宣派及派付,及採納任何股份購回計劃的時間及規模的具體事宜。
