恆指早段先升後回，高開118點或近0.7%，報17,677欠承接，掉頭低見17,373，現報17,381，跌178點或1%，總成交額317億元。
據報建行(00939.HK)與包括萬科(02202.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)等6家房企召開座談會，擬進一步支持融資需求。另一方面，據《證券時報》報道，深圳樓市新政出台後，除新盤即打價格戰外，逾七成二手房低於參考價出售。
內房物管股今早有沽壓，其中融創中國(01918.HK)低見2.51元，現報2.55元，跌8.3%。合景泰富(01813.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)跌5%-7%。富力(02777.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)跌5.5%-9%。新城發展(01030.HK)及世茂(00813.HK)分別跌4.4%及5%。
碧桂園(02007.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、寶龍地產(01238.HK)及中駿(01966.HK)跌逾2%-5%。
深控(00604.HK)、美的置業、綠城中國(03900.HK)、萬科、合生創展(00754.HK)、越秀地產(00123.HK)、藍籌中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)跌逾2%-5%，其中龍湖失守百天線(15.2元)，報14.38元，跌5.5%。
物管股以世茂服務(00873.HK)、藍籌碧服(06098.HK)及融創服務(01516.HK)沽壓較大，股價挫5%-8.3%。
藍籌華潤萬象(01209.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)及合景悠活(03913.HK)跌逾2.5%-3.5%。
