安踏(02020.HK)擬根據股份獎勵計劃購買股份 未來3年總投入不超過12億元
安踏(02020.HK)公布,為配合與支持集團發展戰略,有意於未來三年內總計投入不超過12億元,用於受託人根據《2018年股份獎勵計劃(2023年修訂版)》購買並持有股份,以作授予員工股份獎勵之用。
集團指,目前概無購買股份之具體安排或時間表,將適時刊發關於股份獎勵計劃的進一步公告及最新消息。
集團認為,透過加大對員工長期激勵的投入,建立行業領先的高效高薪薪酬制度,能有效地吸引及保留人才,將為股東創造價值。
