《半日總結》恆指跌247點 周大福挫逾9% 內房股回吐

港股今日(24日)早段低開後持續偏軟。恆指低開139點後，曾跌305點一度低見17,605點，中午收報17,663點，跌247點或1.4%；國指跌95點或1.6%，報6,075點；恆生科技指數跌66點或1.6%，報4,050點。大市半日成交總額413.04億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入24.93億及12.22億元人民幣。
周大福(01929.HK)半年純利升36%並增派中期息，市場關注內地同店銷售表現、品牌重整等進展，股價半日挫9.5%報10.9元，為表現最差藍籌股。
據報內地擬首次允許銀行向內房提供無抵押流動資金貸款，此外官媒引述專家指北京上海有望進一步鬆綁樓市，內房股碧桂園(02007.HK)跌6.7%，同系碧服(06098.HK)跌1.3%。世茂(00813.HK)跌8%。旭輝(00884.HK)及同系物管股旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)各跌5%及5.9%。龍湖(00960.HK)、華潤置地(01109.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及新城(01030.HK)各跌1.3%至2.4%。至於遠洋(03377.HK)則升3.4%。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)半日跌1.4%，騰訊雲發布金融業大模型解決方案。阿里(09988.HK)跌近1%。網易(09999.HK)、美團(03690.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、百度(09888.HK)跌0.6%至2.9%。據報小米(01810.HK)及華為手機於「雙十一」期間銷量呈雙位數增長，惟小米股價半日跌2.5%。
車股方面，比亞迪(01211.HK)股價跌4.5%。吉利(00175.HK)旗下極氪007搭載RoboSense LiDAR啟動預售，料明年1月交付，吉利半日跌2.6%。蔚來(09866.HK)2.4%。小鵬(09868.HK)跌0.5%。東風(00489.HK)售5,000萬股Stellantis股份，現金流入9.3億歐元，股價半日跌0.8%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.4%報59.65元，港交所(00388.HK)跌近1%，友邦(01299.HK)跌近2%。建行00939.HK)及中銀香港(02388.HK)各跌1.3%及0.5%。
其他藍籌方面，中升控股(00881.HK)半日跌5.3%。內需股申洲國際(02313.HK)跌4.3%，潤啤(00291.HK)、李寧(02331.HK)及安踏(02020.HK)各跌2.2%至3.4%。生物製藥股藥明生物(02269.HK)跌3.5%，中生製藥(01177.HK)跌2.1%。至於攜程(09961.HK)逆市升1.1%。
東方甄選(01797.HK)向母企新東方(09901.HK)配股淨籌16.3億元，天風證券指配股對雙方具備積極意義，兩股中午各跌0.2%及0.8%。
