周大福全購新創建(00659.HK)獲74.79%有效接納
周大福企業對新創建(00659.HK)提出的全購要約,於昨日(23日)下午4時結束,計及新世界(00017.HK)出售的60.88%持股,最終獲得74.79%股份有效接納;連同周大福企業及周大福代理人持股,大股東於新創建的持股量增至78.84%。
由於公眾人士持股量跌至22.17%,並不符合上市規則所載、維持25%最低公眾持股量之規定,故新創建已申請暫時豁免嚴格遵守相關規則,將採取適當行動確保充足公眾持股量,並在適當時候就恢復公眾持股量刊發公告。(cy/k)
