《內地樓市》分析料京滬很大機會跟隨深圳進一步放寬樓市措施
深圳周四(23日)起將第二套住房最低首付比例降至40%,成為廣州之後,第二個降首付的一線城市。
易居研究院研究總監嚴躍進認為,深圳放寬樓市措施力度很大,相信與北京及上海很大機會跟隨調整。
他指,若果銀行放鬆貸款後,樓市仍然疲弱,估計會進一步放寬限購,但不會一下子全部放鬆政策。他又預料,今年內地新樓成交面積及樓價按年將有單位數跌幅。
