德益控股(09900.HK)盈警:預計中期除税後純利約1400萬港元-1800萬港元 同比有所減少
格隆匯11月23日丨德益控股(09900.HK)公佈,公司管理層估計集團截至2023年9月30日止六個月的除税後純利預期有所減少。公司估計集團截至2023年9月30日止六個月的除税後純利將介乎約1400萬港元至1800萬港元,相對截至2022年9月30日止六個月集團則錄得除税後純利約2470萬港元。
根據董事會目前可得資料,除税後純利減少主要由於收入減少,主要歸因於2023年執行較少項目導致提供維修、保養、加建及改建服務所得收入減少。
