APM斥1,200萬元聖誕宣傳費用 料人流及生意額按年升兩成
新地(00016.HK)租務部助理總經理(推廣)憑穎欣表示,APM今年斥資1,200萬元聖誕宣傳費用,按年升15%,其中近四成用於多項節日消費活動包括年終大抽獎等,並預料聖誕期間APM商場人流及生意可按年增升20%。
她指,有個人護理商戶透露聖誕禮盒銷情理想,故預計與節日送禮相關的行業如珠寶及美妝等按年增長20%;受惠冬至飯、節日聚會等,料餐飲業有15%至20%增長;至於服裝、鞋等租戶則視乎天氣降溫情況能否刺激銷情。
她預料,商場今年全年表現較上年好,主要是受惠開關因素,整體人流及生意額已回復至疫前相若水平,又指港人北上消費對商場銷情未有直接影響,因市民仍有民生消費的需求;至於為配合夜經濟,她指商場延長營業時間至晚上11時,又認為商戶生意額亦是穩步上揚;談及明年零售市況前景時,她坦言目前仍然是觀察階段,要視乎今年第四季的走勢。(ca/w)
