石英股份(603688.SH):擬斥10.3億元投建年產3000噸電子級石英材料項目
格隆匯11月21日丨石英股份(603688.SH)公佈,全資子公司連雲港太平洋半導體材料有限公司(稱“公司”)與江蘇東海經濟開發區管理委員會(稱“合作方”)於近日簽署了《投資意向書》(稱“意向書”),雙方本着平等互利、共謀發展的原則,根據國家有關法律法規和政策規定,經友好協商,達成協議在合作方行政區劃內投資建設年產3000噸電子級石英材料項目,項目總投資為10.3億元人民幣,項目初步內容包括:新建、改造廠房,購買機械設備。
