陳茂波:料明年初本港機場客運量將全面恢復
財政司司長陳茂波預期,今年底本港機場客運量將恢復至疫情前的八成水平,相信明年初將全面恢復。
他指出,香港已經走出疫情,經濟正在復甦,料全年本地生產總值(GDP)增長預測為3.2%。
他認為,目前全球經濟前景具挑戰性,鑑於地緣政治和經濟外部環境複雜而且快速變化,加上過去三年受疫情影響,大部分經濟體出現赤字,政府債務水平亦較高,財政空間所餘有限,令經濟金融體系韌性變得脆弱,預料高利率會維持較長時間,而全球經濟在明年增長會比今年緩慢,下行風險亦會較高。
