日久光電(003015.SZ):目前已實現量產的調光導電膜主要目標市場為汽車天幕等
格隆匯11月21日丨日久光電(003015.SZ)近期在接待機構投資者調研時表示,市場上廣泛應用的調光膜技術主要有三大技術路徑—— PDLC(高分子聚合物分散液晶)技術、EC(電致變色)技術和 SPD(懸浮粒子裝置)技術。PDLC(高分子聚合物分散液晶)原理是在調光薄膜斷電(OFF)狀態下,中間的高分子液晶材料呈無序排列狀態,阻擋光線穿透薄膜,這時看到的效果便是乳白色的不透明狀態。在調光薄膜通電(ON)狀態下,電場作用下薄膜中間的高分子液晶材料有序排列,可使光線能透過薄膜,這時看到的效果便是透明無色的薄膜態。SPD (懸浮粒子裝置)其實就是加入了懸浮粒子在玻璃夾層中,斷電時布朗運動粒子隨機排布,可以吸收 99%以上的可見光。EC(電致變色),離子在外加電壓的電場作用下,遷入(或遷出)至電致變色層內,使電致變色材料的價數減少(或增加),在達到平衡前,電致變色材料的光化學性能發生變化導致顏色發生變化,當達到平衡後,電致變色材料顏色變化達到穩定。
公司着力研發的調光導電膜覆蓋上述三種技術應用。目前公司已實現量產的調光導電膜主要目標市場為汽車天幕、側窗、後視鏡等,實現隔熱降温、自動調節玻璃透光度的功能,並且減少眩目情況產生,進而達到降低行車安全隱患的目的。
