港股異動|太古地產升超3% 擬54億港元出售香港港島東中心若干辦公樓層
太古地產(1972.HK)升超3%,報15.72港元。太古地產公吿稱,公司將出售位於香港港島東中心的若干辦公樓樓層,該項物業的購買價為54億港元,買方為香港證監會。花旗發表研報,預期交易將帶來正面影響,在目前高利率的環境下,認為價格理想。截至今年6月底止太古地產債務淨額為295億港元,淨資產負債率為10.2%。若計入交易的54億元的現金收益,花旗預計其淨資產負債率將降至8.4%。花旗予其目標價23.1港元,評級為“買入”。
