亞馬遜(AMZN.US)證實,周五開始在Alexa部門裁減數百個工作崗位,作為自去年以來整個公司範圍內實施的更廣泛緊縮政策的一部分。
根據亞馬遜發言人分享的備忘錄副本,亞馬遜負責Alexa和Fire TV的副總裁Daniel Rausch向員工發送一份裁員通知。
Rausch在備忘錄中寫道,隨著公司不斷創新,正在做出一些改變,以更好地符合業務優先事項,以及其所知道對客戶最重要的內容,其中包括最大限度地利用資源和專注於產生人工智能的努力。這些轉變導致數百個職位被裁減。
