Vicon Holdings(03878.HK)發盈警,預料截至今年9月30日止中期將扭虧為盈,錄得不多約750萬元的除稅後溢利,對比去年同期錄得淨虧損約270萬元。
公司解釋,預期轉虧為盈主要由於若干項目已進入後期階段並於期內貢獻較多收益,以及承建項目平均毛利率提升所致,惟部分因過往年度若干已完成項目的不可收回數額相關金融資產,錄得減值虧損增加所抵銷。
