九置(01997.HK)料旗下海港城聖誕期間人流及商場生意額按年升20%
九置(01997.HK)旗下海港城戶外聖誕裝置於今日(17日)開幕,執董淩緣庭預計今年聖誕期間人流及商場生意額按年上升20%,而今年首三季海港城表現良好,超高端品牌銷售已較疫情前高出雙位數水平,當中有5至6間於廣東道的店舖銷售額為全球之冠。
淩緣庭稱,12月22至31日將與商戶配合延長營業時間至晚上11時,而12月31日晚上將舉行除夕夜煙花倒數活動,認為聖誕節外遊人數增加是正常現象,但出遊前後仍會有消費需求,不憂慮會影響商場表現。
