長實集團(01113.HK)旗下沙田「名日‧九肚山」公布最新銷售安排,落實下周一(20日)起以招標形式發售1伙連天台特色戶,為第2座25樓E室,實用面積505平方呎連231平方呎天台,屬兩房間隔,招標期至今年12月29日截止。
集團營業經理詹勳榮表示,為照顧不同買家需要及財務安排,今次招標將提供靈活付款辦法,買家除可自訂成交期外,發展商亦將代繳印花稅。
