聯交所:股票交易印花稅明日起下調至0.1%
聯交所向市場參與者發公告指,《2023年印花稅(修訂)(證券轉讓)條例草案》已獲立法會通過,修訂條例將於今日(16日)在憲報刊登,並於明日(17日)起生效,根據該條例草案,關於任何香港證券的售賣或購買(但非證券經銷業務)的成交單據可予徵收的印花稅的稅率,由0.13%調低至0.1%,通知交易所參與者由明日起下調印花稅稅率。
