美國聯邦退休基金將不再投資於香港
管理7,710億美元美國聯邦退休基金的美國聯邦退休儲蓄投資委員會宣布,將調整旗下國際基金的基準指數,繼中國後亦將香港剔除在外,意味著管理680億美元的國際基金不再投資於香港。
基金顧問公司Aon Plc表示,投資中國及香港市場所帶來的不確定性超過某些投資的收益,特別是美國對中國敏感產業的投資限制、中國公司從美國交易所退市以及對俄羅斯證券制裁等事件導致交易成本及回報波動。
根據該委員會8月曾公布,該基金從未在中國進行投資,而香港在該指數的權重不足4%。
