南北水 | 南水連續第6日出逃，拋售中國平安超5億元，北水賣出美團超3億港元
11月14日，北上資金今日淨賣出21.09億元，為連續第6日淨賣出。其中，滬股通淨賣出16.84億元，深股通淨賣出4.25億元。
前十大成交股中，淨賣出額居前三的是中國平安、長江電力、興業銀行分別遭淨賣出5.11億元、2.65億元、2.21億元；中際旭創逆勢獲淨買入1.45億元。
南下資金今日淨買入港股13.63億港元。其中，港股通（滬）淨買入3.98億港元，港股通（深）淨買入9.65億港元。
其中，盈富基金、馬可數字科技、融創中國分別獲淨買入10.53億港元、7656萬港元、1906萬港元；美團-W、小米集團-W、中國移動分別遭淨賣出3.02億港元、1.93億港元、1.49億港元。
南水關注個股
中國平安：消息面上，保險行業三季報整體利潤承壓。2023年前三季度，A股5家上市險企累計實現保險業務收入16083.4億元，同比下降 24.3%。受新會計準則實施的影響，疊加資本市場的持續震盪，前三季度歸母淨利潤表現相對分化，中國人壽和中國人保同比下降47.9%和12.7%，新華保險、中國平安、中國太保同比分別上升83.9%、14.5%、14.2%。
興業銀行：10月30日，興業銀行發佈23年三季報。23Q1-3累計實現營收1613億元，YoY-5.6%；歸母淨利潤649.7億元，YoY-9.5%；不良率1.07%，撥備覆蓋率238%。淨利息收入回暖，非息走弱拖累營收。23Q1-3營收、歸母淨利潤同比增速較23H1分別-1.4pct、-4.6pct。Q3單季度資產減值損失同比+52.1%，對歸母淨利潤增速造成負向貢獻。
中際旭創：11月13日中際旭創在投資者關係平台上回復表示，公司在800G產品上擁有先發優勢。目前產能充足，能夠滿足客户批量交付需求，同時產能也在持續建設中。
北水關注個股
融創中國：中信證券認為，保交付政策已經取得實效，地產產業惡性循環逐漸被打破，企業信用已經越過分水嶺，風險正在逐步平息。預計2024年全年商品房銷售面積和銷售額分別同比下降7.9%和上升5.1%，高線化是導致商品房銷售額表現顯著好於銷售面積表現的原因。同時，受高線化和信用風波影響，在充分考慮了保障性住房和城中村改造帶來的對沖效應之後，預計2024年全年房屋新開工面積下降15%，竣工面積下降20%，房地產開發投資下降8.8%。
美團-W：今日，華為宣佈與美團以HarmonyOS為基礎進行產業創新、技術應用、商業發展等方面展開全面合作，全力支持美團啟動開發鴻蒙原生應用工作。據瞭解，自9月25日華為宣佈全新HarmonyOS NEXT蓄勢待發、鴻蒙原生應用全面啟動以來，已有金融、旅行、社交等多個領域的企業和開發者陸續宣佈加入鴻蒙生態。
小米集團-W：知名汽車博主爆料，小米汽車首車定位“C 級生態科技轎車”（C 級豪華轎車），使用 Xiaomi 品牌，性能配置都相對比較高。小米首款車型的售價超過 30 萬元，高配版預計近 40 萬元，電機、大壓鑄、電池包等等配置方面都有小米自研東西。
