置地公司和信德集團合資澳門壹號廣場將進行全面升級 料2025年2月竣工
置地公司和信德集團(00242.HK)合資進行的綜合發展項目澳門壹號廣場將進行全面升級。澳門壹號廣場升級計劃將於今年12月正式啟動,並預期於2025年2月竣工。澳門壹號廣場屬澳門外港新填海區的海濱旗艦項目,提供超過1,000個豪華住宅單位。是次升級計劃的重點為二樓的零售空間,其煥新面貌將採用全新的開放式設計概念,讓顧客飽覽南灣湖全景。
信德集團行政主席兼董事總經理何超瓊表示,是次與置地公司攜手合作,相信澳門壹號廣場將成為大灣區奢華零售界的首選目的地。
