邱達根倡GEM改革應禁轉主板 專門吸引科技企業
科技創新界立法會議員邱達根接受訪問時表示,GEM發展停滯多年,港交所(00388.HK)在今次GEM改革中應大刀闊斧,開宗明義打造「科技板」,參考美國股市中紐約證券交易所與納斯達克交易所的不同定位,將GEM的未來發展方向明確為只有科技公司才可掛牌的科技板,除更名外更應鼓勵阿里(09988.HK)、騰訊(00700.HK)、小米(01810.HK)等現有主板科技龍頭企業反向遷入。
邱達根又指,為突顯GEM以科技公司為主的特色,未來應禁止GEM公司轉往主板,才能令兩個市場取得更好發展。
