艾伯科技(02708.HK)主席所持61.4萬股於禁售期內被強制出售
艾伯科技(02708.HK)公布,主席黎子明因為未能滿足保證金補繳要求,所持的61.4萬股昨日(6日)於市場上被強制出售,相關股份佔已發行股份0.09%。
根據上市規則,董事於財務業績刊發當日及中期業績刊發日期前30日內,不得買賣任何公司證券,而刊發中期業績之董事會會議日期,暫定於11月底之前。因此,出售事項乃於禁售期內進行。
董事認為,於禁售期之出售事項,乃根據上市規則附錄於特殊情況下發生,不會對公司營運有任何重大影響。
