太古地產(01972.HK)公佈,截至今年9月底止首三季,香港整體辦公樓租用率爲93%,較去年12月底止下跌3個百分點。當中,太古廣場租用率持平達97%,租金下調13%;太古坊整體租用率跌4個百分點至92%,租金下調8%。
集團指,柴灣內地段第178號項目料於2025年起落成,2027年交樓;皇後大道東269號料2026年落成,2027年交樓。
