上海建工(600170.SH):建工房產以10.28億元轉讓天津津玥的100%股權
格隆匯11月3日丨上海建工(600170.SH)公佈,為盤活存量資產,加速資金回收,公司下屬上海建工房產有限公司(簡稱“建工房產”)在上海聯合產權交易所以公開掛牌方式轉讓其所持天津津玥房地產開發有限責任公司(簡稱“天津津玥”)的100%股權。公吿期內,公司共徵集到1個意向受讓方。經審核,上海託博萊特房產有限公司(簡稱“託博萊特”)符合受讓條件要求,受讓價格為10.28億元。
