《本地樓市》中原:譽林首張價單定價較年中同區新盤折讓逾兩成
中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,何文田單幢精品豪宅「譽林」昨日(10月31日)突擊出價,首張價單涉及30個單位,定價比年中同區新盤低逾兩成,亦比同區單幢一手貨尾有近32%折讓。
他指,項目首張價單折實最低呎價單位更低於2萬元,屬區內罕見,呎價時光倒流七年,對上一個要追溯至2016年皓畋,當時首批單位折實最低呎價僅16,008元,可見「譽林」價錢極具競爭力,發展商面對現實,首批單位以劈價作招徠,爭取客源,加上項目已屆現樓,吸引力十足,料銷情熾熱。
他指,自新一份《施政報告》正式出爐,樓市落實減辣後,後市方向明確,料一手交投量回升,估計本月全月一手成交量可達1,000宗。
