美國藥劑師發起三天罷工 藥局人手不足冀增聘
VS Health(CVS.US)和Walgreens Boots Alliance(WBA.US)美國藥局的部分員工從周一(30日)開始發起為期三天的罷工,要求公司改善工作條件及招聘更多員工。
藥劑師在一個多月內以來第三次罷工,是次罷工組織稱為「Pharmageddon」。
罷工組織、前Walgreens藥劑師Shane Jerominski稱,藥房人手嚴重不足,不但需要配處方藥品,更需要為免疫接種預約和上門服務。三日罷工將有多達5,000名藥局員工罷工,但由於缺乏工會,受影響的商店和參與員工的確切人數尚不清楚。
