《大行報告》海通國際下調渣打(02888.HK)目標價至75.12元 上季收入及盈利遜
海通國際發表研究報告指,渣打(02888.HK)第三季收入按年增6%,惟純利按年跌30%。首三季收入及純利分別按年增11%及3%。有形股本回報率(ROTE)按年增1.1個百分點至10.4%。普通股權一級資本比率(CET1 ratio)按季跌10個基點至13.9%,而目標範圍仍維持在13%至14%。
該行表示,渣打第三季的收入及盈利均遜預期。期內,淨息差同樣低於預期,惟管理層預計,淨息差將在第四季擴張,對2023及24財年分別約為1.7%及1.75%的指引維持不變。
該行預計渣打2023至25財年純利分別為31.79億、33.36億、33.64億美元,增長率分別為24.8%、4.96% 及0.83%。該行維持其「跑贏大市」評級,目標價由88.16元下調至75.12元。
