中車(01766.HK)控股股東擬斥最多3億人幣增持A股股份
中國中車(01766.HK)(601766.SH)宣布,控股股東中車集團擬於六個月內,通過上交所系統增持公司A股股份,增持金額不低於1.5億元人民幣(下同)及不超過3億元。中車集團承諾在意次增持計劃實施期限內及法定期限內不減持其所持有的公司股份。
截至本月27日,中車集團合計持有公司約147.36億股股份,包括持有約145.58億股A股及約1.78億股H股,約佔公司已發行股份總數的51.35%。
