《盈警響號》嘉創地產(02421.HK)料中期盈利按年倒退約80%
嘉創地產(02421.HK)預期截至9月底止六個月,公司權益擁有人應佔溢利較上年同期下跌約80%,主要由於房地產市場的不穩定等外部因素,導致物業銷售不可避免地減少;及擁有之投資物業公平值減少。
儘管應佔溢利呈現下降之勢,但並未出現虧損的情況。公司的財務狀況長期以來一直保持良好,自上市至今,保持淨現金的健康狀態,沒有顯著的借款或未償還的貸款。
在2024財年的下半年度,集團預計將交付至少30個單位,這些單位已在9月之前預售。交付後預計收入約1億元人民幣。
