格隆匯10月26日丨中信銀行(00998.HK)公吿，2023年1-9月，集團實現經營收入1559.47億元，同比減少2.65%；實現歸屬於股東的淨利潤514.33億元，同比增長9.19%，實現平均總資產回報率0.80%，同比上升0.03個百分點，實現平均淨資產收益率11.35%，同比上升0.19個百分點，投資回報提升；實現經營收入1,559.47億元，受息差持續收窄等因素影響，同比下降2.65%；其中，實現利息淨收入1,092.39億元，同比下降1.90%，淨息差1.82%，同比下降0.14個百分點，主要是受利率下行影響，資產收益率持續承壓，存款成本相對剛性所致；非利息淨收入467.08億元，同比下降4.37%，主要是受市場因素影響，理財手續費下降，同時投資性證券淨收益減少所致。
2023年前三季度，國內外形勢複雜多變，集團全面貫徹黨中央、國務院決策部署，嚴格執行監管要求，堅持"三大經營導向"，聚焦"四大經營主題"，全力推動轉型發展，經營業績穩中有進。
集團資產負債規模平穩增長，重點領域貸款增勢良好，服務支持實體經濟質效提升。截至報吿期末，集團資產總額89,220.23億元，較上年末增長4.38%。貸款及墊款總額54,652.28億元，較上年末增加3,124.56億元，增長6.06%，同比多增701.97億元。
其中，公司貸款(不含貼現)、個人貸款(不含信用卡)及信用卡貸款餘額分別較上年末增加1,951.89億元、1,278.98億元和123.00億元。截至報吿期末，本集團負債總額81,985.67億元，較上年末增長4.28%。客户存款總額54,562.81億元，較上年末增加3,569.33億元，增長7.00%，同比多增660.25億元。其中，公司存款及個人存款餘額分別較上年末增加1,969.92億元和1,599.41億元。
