渣打(02888.HK)料第四季淨息差按季略增 明年淨息差約1.75厘
渣打(02888.HK)第三季淨息差按正常基準計算為1.67厘,按季下跌4個基點。集團財務總監賀方德在業績電話會議表示,預計今年第四季淨息差將略高於第三季,推動因素包括減少低回報抵押貸款、積極管理流動性覆蓋率令組合改善等,全年平均淨息差料接近1.7厘。明年淨息差水平則料約1.75厘,當中包括明年部分短期對沖工具到期,料帶來約9個基點支持。
渣打第三季重組及其他項目共計為6.83億美元。當中最大的項目為6.97億美元的減值支出,反映集團因重新調整使用價值計算而下調於渤海銀行的投資的賬面值。賀方德指對渤海銀行作商譽減值在很大程度上是受其最新公布的淨息差數據影響,因該數據低於渣打之前估計。
