蜆殼(SHEL.US)裁減低碳解決方案部門15%員工 縮減氫能業務
蜆殼(SHEL.US)表示,作為行政總裁Wael Sawan提高利潤的行動之一,公司將裁減其低碳解決方案部門約15%的員工,並縮減其氫能業務。
Wael Sawan今年1月上任後,稱要改革公司策略,專注於更高利潤率的項目,並穩定石油產量及增加天然氣產量,隨即進行裁員和組織改革。
公司回應稱,公司將在明年裁員200人,並已對另外130個職位進行審視,作為減少員工人數的行動,該部門約有1,300名員工。公司補充稱,其中部分職位將被整合至其他部門,而公司擁有超過9萬名員工。
