國際能源署料至2030年LNG產能較目前增45%
國際能源署(IEA)表示,液化天然氣(LNG)產能強勁增長,將紓緩價格及天然氣供應憂慮,並同時產生供應過剩風險。
該機構發布最新全球能源展望報告,指出LNG項目前所未見地上升,並將於2025年起上線供應。預測至2030年每年增逾2,500億立方米產能,相等今日全球供應的45%。當中2025年至2027年產能增長速度最快,受美國及卡塔爾產能推動。
機構又指,LNG市場平衡將於2025年起改變,受全球需求顯著放緩影響,並指成熟市場(主要是歐洲)將出現更強的結構性下滑,若中國需求放緩,其他新興市場或欠缺基建吸納更多供應。機構預計至2030年時,LNG價格將由去年紀錄高位累跌近80%,至每百萬英熱單位6.9美元。
