皓天財經集團參與倫交所 (LESG)“第6屆資本市場中國研討會” 擔任聯席贊助商並參與主題討論
10月17日， 由倫敦證券交易所(LSEG)主辦的“第6屆LSEG資本市場中國研討會”在北京隆重舉行。研討會吸引了多位來自投資銀行、律師事務所、上市公司及其他金融專業服務領域的高管共襄盛舉。會上，嘉賓們就跨境存託憑證、投資者交流與ESG等議題各抒己見，進行了深入探討，碰撞出智慧的火花。
研討會由倫敦證券交易所首席執行官Julia Hoggett致歡迎詞，瑞銀證券全球投資銀行部聯席主管孫利軍作主題演講，德意志銀行董事總經理、大中華區併購部聯席主管郭裕康分享併購交易洞見。兩個分組討論——“跨境存託憑證(全球存託憑證和中國存託憑證)”與“投資者交流與ESG”分別由倫敦證券交易所副首席執行官 Charlie Walker、LSEG數據與分析業務大中華及北亞區董事總經理陳芳主持。最後，倫敦證券交易所北京代表處首席代表艾德華致閉幕詞，活動圓滿落下帷幕。
