《大行報告》中信証券升港交所(00388.HK)評級至「買入」 有望受益於日均成交反彈和自身估值修復
中信証券發表報告指,港股市場日均成交繼續回落,換手率處於歷史低位。截至2023年10月13日,港股市場日均成交為1,079億元,9月日均成交為903億元,繼6月後再度跌破1,000億元,預計2023年日均成交將回落至1,000億元左右。
中信証券預計,港交所(00388.HK)盈利和估值進一步下行空間有限,並維持港交所今年、明年及2025年的歸母淨利潤預測分別為119億元、127億元及137億元。港交所有望受益於日均成交反彈和自身估值修復,二者具有疊加效果,故維持其目標價為377元,其評級升至「買入」。
