格隆匯10月13日丨安東油田服務(03337.HK)公吿，第三季度，全球經濟仍面臨需求減弱、生產疲軟的局面，歐佩克繼續實施自願減產措施，以衝抵全球需求下降帶來的潛在油價下行壓力，季度內國際油價繼續上升。面對複雜多變的外部環境，本集團一方面繼續發揮平台優勢，大力開拓全球油氣新興市場，另一方面繼續圍繞現金流經營和回報率的核心指標，加強內部管理，衝刺全年經營目標。
第三季度，集團新增訂單約人民幣1,003.3百萬元，較去年同期增加48.8%，其中，中國市場新增訂單約人民幣436.8百萬元，相較去年同期增加48.0%；伊拉克市場新增訂單約人民幣383.1百萬元，相較去年同期增加18.0%；其他海外市場新增訂單約人民幣183.4百萬元，相較去年同期增加237.3%。
中國市場，季度內，本集團繼續推行業務的雙重轉型，以油藏地質研究為核心，帶動傳統的工程技術服務實現升級，季度內在非常規的頁巖氣、煤層氣和緻密氣區塊斬獲地質工程一體化總包項目、試修項目等多個優質訂單；同時，創新服務業務繼續擴展，資產租賃業務推廣行業設備"以租代售"新業務模式，持續發掘項目機會，獲得集團首個以租代售模式項目新增訂單。檢測服務向資產完整性檢測領域擴展，季度內獲得集團首個天然氣管道完整性檢測項目訂單，整體第三季度的新增訂單較去年同期顯著增加。
海外市場，伊拉克，本集團的主要客户大力推進產能建設，本集團亦充分發揮優勢，斬獲壓裂服務、增產服務、油田運維等項目訂單；於其他海外市場，本集團在西非乍得市場的一體化油田管理項目繼續完成一年續簽，此外，本集團也獲得了環境檢測項目、試修服務等項目訂單。於阿爾及利亞、印尼等市場，本集團繼續獲得化學品銷售、完井工具銷售等項目訂單。
第三季度是集團作業的高峯期，主要市場的在手訂單加速執行。中國市場，在油藏地質技術的指導下，本集團的精準工程技術再創佳績，分別於華北市場和東北市場完成了客户第一口連續油管光纖測試作業和第一口U型地熱井項目光纖施工。本集團承建和負責運維的西南脱烴增容項目於季度內保持穩定高產，並在客户指示下，進一步擴充產能。於伊拉克市場，油田管理項目、油田運維項目保持飽滿的工作量，本集團負責建設的數字化生產指揮中心於季度內順利落成，客户舉行了隆重的剪彩儀式。
截止2023年9月30日，集團在手訂單約人民幣9,948.6百萬元。其中，中國市場在手訂單約人民幣5,602.3百萬元，佔集團在手訂單總量約56.3%，伊拉克市場在手訂單約人民幣3,541.6百萬元，佔集團在手訂單總量約35.6%，其他市場在手訂單約人民幣804.7百萬元，佔集團在手訂單總量8.1%。
