東方精工(002611.SZ)：前三季度淨利潤預增50%-60%
格隆匯10月13日丨東方精工(002611.SZ)公佈2023年前三季度業績預吿，2023年1月-9月，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利25,848萬元–27,571萬元，比上年同期增長50%-60%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利23,929萬元–25,639萬元，比上年同期增長40%-50%；基本每股收益盈利0.22元/股–0.24元/股。
2023年第三季度，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利5233萬元–6956萬元，比上年同期增長117%-188%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利7676萬元–9386萬元，比上年同期增長50%-84%；基本每股收益盈利0.05元/股–0.07元/股。
2023年前三季度，公司智能裝備製造業務整體增勢良好，智能瓦楞紙包裝裝備板塊在手訂單和產品交付均實現良好增長，子公司Fosber集團1-9月淨利潤同比增速超70%。數字印刷解決方案板塊業務主體控股子公司萬德數科(自2022年6月起納入合併報表範圍)前三季度訂單營收實現快速增長。水上動力產品板塊也延續了快速增長態勢，控股子公司百勝動力1-9月淨利潤同比增速超70%。
2023年前三季度，預計非經常性損益金額對淨利潤的影響金額約為2,500萬元~2,700萬元(2022年同期為139.33萬元)。
公司收到境外全資子公司Dong Fang Precision(Netherland)Cooperatief U.A.(以下簡稱“東方精工(荷蘭)”)的通知，東方精工(荷蘭)之全資子公司FosberS.p.A.(以下簡稱“Fosber意大利”)與意大利國税局於2023年10月12日就Fosber意大利股息預扣税適用税率的爭議已達成和解並簽署了《和解協議》，該協議涉及補繳税金(含利息)633.02萬歐元，相關罰金33.25萬歐元。
