格隆匯10月13日丨康力電梯(002367.SZ)公佈2023年前三季度業績預吿，報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利30,692.34萬元–36,830.81萬元，比上年同期增長50.00%-80.00%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利26,498.49萬元–31,798.19萬元，比上年同期增長50.00%-80.00%；基本每股收益盈利0.3894元/股–0.4672元/股。
2023年第三季度，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利11,053.52萬元–13,422.13萬元，比上年同期增長40.00%-70.00%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利9,927.61萬元–12,054.95萬元，比上年同期增長40.00%-70.00%；基本每股收益盈利0.1397元/股–0.1697元/股。
2023年以來，各地方政府因城施策，房地產市場呈修復態勢，受“保交樓”政策影響，房屋竣工面積較上年同比上升；7月以來，中央定調房地產新形勢，政策端積極信號不斷釋放，效果初現；但整體房地產行業銷售和投資尚未出現明確拐點，抑制了新梯的需求。
2023年前三季度期間，受益主要原材料成本同比回落，公司綜合毛利率較上年同期回升；與上年同期相比，增值税即徵即退增加；且公司積極開展降本增效工作，精細化管理，經營利潤增長。
報吿期內，非經常性損益同比上升，主要系2023年上半年內蘇州康力君卓股權投資中心(有限合夥)(公司實繳出資佔比87.33%)公允價值變動損益；同時受益國家激勵企業加大研發投入、支持科技創新、對研發費用加計扣除政策的升級優化【《關於優化預繳申報享受研發費用加計扣除政策有關事項的公吿》(國家税務總局/財政部公吿2023年第11號)】，公司前三季度研發費用享受加計扣除政策影響所得税約2200萬元,去年同期未考慮。
